PPS recognizes and understands departments may benefit from making free and/or low dollar purchases from internet vendors with department PCards , especially for software programs or service subscriptions.  In an effort to allow  these purchases to be made with PCards, PPS has evaluated the business risks  associated with making purchases from several common vendors and  is now authorizing  departments to make PCard purchases with the vendors on the attached listing. 

All Departments are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms and conditions associated with any purchase made with University dollars , as well as for complying with the policies regarding PCard usage.  The attached listing of vendors includes those terms and conditions PPS has identified as being particularly important for departments to understand prior to moving forward with a purchase from each vendor.
PPS will continue to add approved vendors, as appropriate.  We will also review continued use of the vendors each March, August, and November.  Please check for approved vendors with each individual purchase.
