New Requirements for Booking Airline Travel The Secure Flight Program is a phased-in-
partnership program between the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and airlines. 
Airlines began implementing the changes in Spring 2009.  Travelers will be asked to provide
their name as it appears on the government ID they plan to use when traveling.  All passengers
will be required to provide their date of birth and gender.  The Secure Flight Program is scheduled
to be fully implemented in early 2010 for all domestic flights and the end of 2010 for all
international flights.
