The University of North Texas is dedicated to assisting Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). Our mission is to promote and increase procurement opportunities with HUBs by demonstrating a good faith effort through advocacy, education, knowledge, and development.

HUB procurement expenditure goals are determined b TAC § 111.13, Texas Government Code 2161.181 & 2161.182, are as follows:
